Drug case: 6 hours interrogation of Shah Rukh Khan's driver

In the case of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who was arrested on drug charges, the anti-drug force questioned the Bollywood king's personal driver for about six hours.

 

According to the Times of India, Shah Rukh Khan's driver was summoned to appear before the Narcotics Force for questioning, at which point he appeared before the Anti-Narcotics Force.

 

The anti-narcotics force interrogated Shah Rukh Khan's personal driver for about six hours on charges of drug trafficking to Aryan Khan, while the narcotics force conducted further operations on the same day and arrested others.

 

In this regard, the Hindustan Times reported that the statement of Shah Rukh Khan's driver was recorded in the Narcotics Office, however, a copy of the statement given by him could not be found yet.

Shah Rukh Khan's driver was summoned by the Anti-Narcotics Force on October 9 and issued a summons on October 10, at which he reached the Narcotics Office and recorded his statement.

 

On the other hand, an application for bail of Aryan Khan was also filed in the Sessions Court of Mumbai, which is likely to be heard on October 13.

Aryan Khan's application was scheduled to be heard on October 11, but the court did not hear that day. Earlier, the Metropolitan Court had rejected his bail application on October 7.

 

Aryan Khan was sent to jail by the Metropolitan Court on October 7 on a 14-day judicial remand, after which he was transferred to Arthur Jail on October 8.

 

Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 from the Cruise Party on charges of drug use, including friends Arbaaz Merchant, Manman Dhamicha, Nopur Srika, Smit Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chopra and Gomat Chopra.

 

It is alleged that Aryan Khan and his associates were using drugs in the cruise party. There were about one and a half thousand people besides them in the cruise ship.

 

The cruise was en route from Mumbai to the Indian state of Goa, where Aryan Khan was traveling with friends when the Narcotics Force raided it within Mumbai.

Aryan Khan was transferred to jail on October 8.
